Go to the Start Menu and select Settings.

Select Network & Internet.

Select VPN.

Select Add a VPN connection.

Select Windows (built-in) for your VPN provider.

Enter a Connection name.

Enter the VPN server address in the Server name or address box.

Select L2TP/IPsec with pre-shared key for Type of sign-in info.

Enter a Pre-shared key.

Select Remember my sign-in info.

Select Save.
